Lokkna Posting Rules

Please follow these guidelines when posting items to help make the buying and selling experience enjoyable for everyone. We may remove content that violates these guidelines. Repeated rule violations might lead to the suspension or cancellation of your account. We may also take legal action if warranted. For more information, please see our Terms of service.

Accounts

Lokkna is a way to connect with your neighbors. We recommend using your true identity. Users should create only one account using a legitimate email address. Impersonating others or creating fake accounts to mislead other users will lead to suspension or ban from using Lokkna.

Duplicate Posts

Do not post duplicate items. It makes things confusing and clutters the platform. Keep your posts clean and easy to follow.

Location

Lokkna can automatically detect your location, but if you're not from the area, and you're just visiting, you can can change your location using the provided dialogue box. List an accurate posting location so your buyers can easily find you. Lokkna users are welcome to ship items to each other at their agreement. At this point, Lokkna does not provide shipping.

Images

It's essential to post the most accurate image of the product you're selling from different angles. Postings without an image are not accepted except when posting an ad for providing a service. Photos must be clean and clutter-free, without misleading enhancements. Photos must be original and not infringe on copyrights. Provide a clear description of the products you're selling or giving away.

Item Titles, Descriptions, & Prices

Titles and descriptions should give buyers a straightforward, honest, and accurate description. Keep descriptions as brief and clear as possible, and do not inflate prices. Messaging & communication Lokkna's "make a deal" button allows users to communicate with each other without sharing personal information. Users can, however, choose to disclose their phone numbers to the customers if they wish.

Prohibited Items

Lokkna allows the trading of most items, but a few types of items aren't permitted because they may pose legal challenges or are dangerous to be traded on our platform. Sale of guns and weapons is prohibited and illegal activities are also prohibited. Please see our list of prohibited items and actovities.

Fee Avoidance

While Lokkna users can post items for free, fees can be incurred to include your item as a featured ad. The fees are due upon signing-up for the service and will automatically be deducted from your payment option until cancellation. Unless legally required by a certain jurisdiction, Lokkna shall not send cancellation reminders. Users are encouraged to stay on top of their account and manage them accordingly

Posting Violations

Don't be a Debbie Downer, make your posts accurate. Posts that violate our guidelines, policies, or terms may be removed at our discretion. Additional actions may be taken for repeat offenders. Lokkna supervision We do our best to ensure the platform is safe and secure for all users to post their items, and enjoy. But we cannot guarantee seeing everything taht's happening on the platform. Please report any offensive posts or violation of our rules.

We'll continue to improve the site to ensure users have a fantastic experience. When required by law, we'll comply and cooperate with any investigations stemming from our platform.
